It's an oil roller that can be rubbed on your trigger points, temples, behind your ears, wrists, or even just smell it! This comes in a 10ml amber bottle, to help keep UV rays out, which helps it last longer! (Lasts about a year).
The dominant smell is cinnamon & rosemary, but it's not overpowering. There is NO LAVENDER in this salve, as it can trigger many allergy. It's a beautiful, warm, soft scent that can also help with soothing the friggin thoughts that won't turn off!
