Shipping policy

Shipping an item can take up to 3-5 business days. If you live outside of the United States, sometimes there is a customs charge, on your end. Please double check this so you are not blindsided by it. 

Once the item leaves my hands, I am unfortunately not responsible for the transit of your item. However if your item is lost in transit, I am happy to help with the tracking! The post office does have a claims process that you would also need to complete. I'm happy to provide anything you need as far as documentation. All my items are well packed to ensure they safely arrive and I've never lost an item yet!
