The Pain Pain Go Away has been helpful to me in keeping my pain from escalating. This doesn't take it all away, but if I put it on right away it calms things down and keeps the pain in the background where it belongs. The scent is light and fades quickly. I like that the faint cooling sensation is gentle so it does not trigger my temperature regulation issues. It just let's me know I got it in the right spot. This has become my favorite topical pain relief!

This pain salve is amazing and sooo helpful. 11/10 would recommend!!!! I'll buy it every time I run out. I also introduced it to my grandma and she said it immensely helped her knee pain, so I bought her one as well.
I was very graciously gifted a tin of Pain Pain Go Away! pain salve from The Spork Witch's very compassionate program in which sponsors can purchase items for those who cannot afford the products at the time but are in need due to chronic pain etc., which first of all, is the kindest and most amazing thing ever because you don't see compassionate pricing or programs like that from any other bigger pain relief companies! And you certainly don't get the immense amount of quality product you get from this salve in comparison. The salve not only smells great (I love earthly scents), but I'd advise newbies to it to start low and go slow, because you only need a little bit of product to cover a large area, which also saves you from needing replacements as quickly! I'm currently dealing with a lot of joint pain in my arms and hands and I'm under investigation for a potential hEDS diagnosis, and this pain salve has been my absolute ride or die; I have been having the worst pain in my hands, so in the morning I'll dab a little bit on each knuckle on my hands to ensure they all get coverage, and then slowly rub the salve into my knuckles first and working my way out to the rest of the fingers and hand. After that, I put my compression gloves on over top after it has absorbed a bit, and I'm good to go and work until the afternoon or longer when I reapply! It helps so much that I don't need to take any other painkillers for my general hand pain, I have great relief from the salve and the compression gloves combo, honestly it was like a miracle! I'm so grateful for The Spork Witch's pain salve that I've been telling everyone about it, and even my physiotherapist and occupational therapist were excited for me and were excited to find out more about it! I'm grateful that I was able to catch the last sale on the salves and could get the 4oz jar to (hopefully) keep me set for a while! I love this shop so much, and I appreciate the owner so much as well! Thank you for making an unbelievable product and for doing great work for our community of spoonies (and sporkies) :)
Definitely buying more of both of these! I use them both before bed and can actually sleep more than an hour! I have pain that I take higher dose pain meds for and with the cream I am able to dull it enough for a good amount of sleep!
